Am a 3rd generation immigrant Chinese in Singapore. My grandpa is from Shanghai, which sort of explains why the name of this blog begins with Shanghai. Well, being a immigrant Chinese means that sometimes I face an issue of where I truly belong. I’ve not been to Shanghai before, yet that place means a great deal to me.
I’m a normal person who enjoys good music, natural scenery, nice designs, nice pictures, good food, and good company. I have issues getting my point across to others sometimes. Many times, I need to be alone to “recover” from interacting with others. I laugh at the smallest things, something which many can’t understand.
Japan holds a very special place in my heart, as I’ve learned many things about myself when I’m there, and that is the reason why, “riben” is in the name of the blog as well.
Well, I’m going to just put my thoughts and experiences about things into this blog. I actually want this blog to be a record of my thoughts about things.
